Customers have said the pull down sprayer will not stay in place after a while. Has this problem been fixed by AS?

AnswersMake sure the weight under the sink is not down low enough to bottom out. This shortens the amount of sprayer hose a little but pulls the sprayer up snugly.

AnswerThere is a flow regulator in the hand spray that you can remove. It is where the hose threads into the handspray.

AnswerThere is an aerator within the spray assembly but it isn't removable.
When rinsing with the faucet and then switching to the sprayer, the sprayer is a higher pressure and splatters water all over the place. Is there anything that can be done other than lowering the volume each time you switch to the sprayer?

AnswerRemove the spray assembly first and check to see if water is coming out of the hose. If so, then you would need to have us send you a new sprayer or you can return the faucet back to the store.

Design fault

I removed the spray head to clean the screen as I had reduced water flow. The hose retracted into the neck. I was able to get the hose back through the neck but the piece the spray head attaches to remained in the neck. There is no way to get it unless the faucet is removed and taken apart. After being bounced to three different people in customer service, I was told I would be shipped a replacement unit as a courtesy. It has been over two weeks and nothing yet. I was not given a conformation number or a tracking number.
I did get an email with a case number and am awaiting a return call.
I am in a new construction condo and do not have the sales receipt for the faucet.

Purchased this item in December 2016 and was installed near Christmas. It has worked great until this past week. I originally thought it just needed to be tightened as the neck seemed to be loose and the nozzle attachment wasn't moving as freely as it once did. Had someone come out and check and it was discovered that the item was installed properly and was tight. Therefore, the issue is inside the neck somewhere (which you cannot get to). Other than having this issue, I would recommend this item as it does work well.

I've had the Colony kitchen faucet for about a year and a half now and it still works great. The water pressure is great, especially for the spray. I also like flow stop button, which comes in handy quite often. The only issue I had, and in the grand scheme of things is very minor, is the little blue/red temp direction indicator circle popped out of the handle and went down the sink. Since I already know which direction to go for hot and cold, this does not impact the functionality.

This faucet has performed well. I do want to mention the pressure of the sprayer is higher than I've seen on any of my other faucets. I love it, but if left in that mode, it can surprise you if you just walk up and put something close to the faucet and quickly turn it on all the way.
