AnswersYes, I do have the same problem - I believe you are correct - if the spout were a little longer and projected into the sink basin farther, there would be less splash. I just make certain that I either use just the regular flow and not the spray or turn the flow down as you suggest. To me this is something I've worked around because I wanted to have the 2.2GPM flow level.

Randomly squirts water from under handle
July 12, 2016
After an impeccable 14 months, the area under the handle randomly squirts water everywhere!! I never know when it will happen or at which angle so i must have a towel underneath it at all times. This is my 2nd. 1st only lasted 5 months. Going to contact American Standard to see what can be done and will post the results at that time.

We are very happy with this product. It really is beautiful and adds a wonderful touch to the entire kitchen. It was fairly easy to install, my nephew did it in a couple hours. I would highly recommend this product to anyone else.
sprayer binds when pulled

I have the same issue as Xavier (Oct 1, 2017) Purchased about 5 months ago. The gooseneck has 'dropped' about 3/4 inch. Sprayer now binds when pulled. Is there a fix for this? Looking at the diagrams, I don't see an adjustment.

Wont stay on desired spray function

Bought this faucet brand nee and is now probably about 4ish month old but the issue started maybe a month after getting it setup. It will not stay on the desired spray setting when you push the button. I cant even get it apart to fix it myself I've tried
