AnswerEnsure the faucet body is in its centered position. Also ensure the supply lines are parallel to the back edge of the sink. This will allow for the proper alignment necessary to install the hose.

I purchased this faucet a year ago and the aerator is plugged up with lime and other crud from our water supply. Much to my disappointment the aerator is NOT removable, so cannot be cleaned. Even though the whole assembly is removable (It just unscrews from the wand), it is not available as a replacement part so you only option is to buy an entire wand and hose for half the price of the entire faucet. Very disappointed in American Standard.

Such a contemporary design from American Standard. Faucet's finish is amazingly beautiful. The pull our spray has also an adjustable spray feature that makes cleaning a breeze. I use it all the time. I wash dishes in the sink a lot and not needing to adjust the temperature of the water is a well added feature as this faucet remembers the previously preferred water temperature. I noticed American Standard has this feature also for the bathroom faucet we bought recently.
