Just bought green tea diverter tub spout to replace old tub spout. The old one is connected to a threaded pipe. The green tea diverter tub spout have an unthreaded copper pipe with a set screw on the underside. Do I need to get an adapter to get it installed as the old one or did I get the wrong model to install.

For a threaded connection you will need to order 8888.015. If you ordered 8888.086 it will not work.

I have 4 brand new green tea showers with tub spouts installed at a new home, and on all of them I have the same problem, when pulling the knob the diverter will not close completely and remains leaking water, causing a very weak shower flow. Is there a specific water pressure requirement or is there any adjustment needed? Please advise.
