Nice design with poor quality control. Tank leaked during install. Had to replace fill valve and remove excess porcelain cement from fill valve opening to make it smooth and round.

We’ve been using this toilet for four months: zero clogs, zero leaks, zero issues. Love it so far!

Purchased this toilet as a replacement for an old toilet that wasn't working so good. Very easy to install and works like a champ.

It's a toilet, it works. I've learned to appreciate the height of it. I wish it had come with a seat. I wish the difference between the two flush modes was greater. But I guess even the big flush uses comparatively little water.

I have been wanting to replace my 1976 toilet for quite some time. This new dual flush model is a perfect way to modernize and conserve our fresh water supply at the same time. I may have tried to install it myself, but my old flange was not level, so my plumber had to cut and fix it. Then it went in easy.

I got this toilet to replace an older 1.6 GPF unit since I'm on a septic system and am trying to reduce the amount of waste water. It arrived very well packaged - it was double boxed and padded. It's attractive and functional. I noticed that the tank refill is quieter than my old unit. From the floor to the top of the bowl is 16.75". Despite the high-tech dual-flush mechanism, the toilet itself seems pretty basic. No seat or wax ring were included. The tool supplied to tighten the tank nuts was a piece of metal tubing with a hex shape in one end with a hole for a screwdriver in the other end. I used two shims to level the bowl. I can't vouch for whether the floor is really level, but the unit I took out didn't have any shims. The flush button has to be held down for a couple of seconds to get a complete flush. This might be an advantage since I have cats that will be walking over the tank top. There is a full page of adjustment instructions in the installation guide, including how to adjust the flush buttons and how to adjust the flush valve. I couldn't make sense of the flush valve adjustment instructions, but it worked OK without any additional adjustments. I was concerned about access to the flush valve adjustments but it turns you can just twist the flush valve and pull it out for adjustment or replacement.

This was shipped to me and it was very well packed. No damage at all. The tank is made in Mexico and the toilet is made in China. The quality of all materials look fine. The set does not include closet bolts but I was able to use the existing bolts from the toilet I was replacing without any problem. You do need to buy a wax ring and have some caulking on hand too. You will also need a toilet seat. We have the SmartBidet Electric Bidet Seat for Elongated Toilets anyway so this was no problem. You also need a flexible water supply pipe of an appropriate length to go from your water supply to the underside of the tank. HD carries a range of lengths - this is not something that the toilet manufacturer can supply because they don’t know what length you may need. Remember also that if you are replacing an older toilet, there may be unpainted wall behind the tank that needs to be painted before you install the new one. The tank on this set is 15” wide - somewhat narrower than our old tank. Installation was very easy and the instructions are well written. The tank includes all the connection bolts to bolt the two parts together plus a small tube wrench to hand tighten the bolts. Flushing: There are two flush modes - operated by buttons at the top of the tank. This is great for saving water for those #1 occasions. We have not encountered any issue with flushing at all. The tank did not seem to need any water level adjustment. Flushing is quick and much quieter than our old toilet. I am especially pleased with the better height of the toilet. A nice touch is a sticker on the underside of the tank lid that lists the part numbers for the tank.

We decided to replace a toilet in our house that was using way too much water per flush. This toilet has a great water saving feature with the dual flush mechanism on the tank lid. This shipped to my house in 2 large over-boxes. 1 box for the tank and 1 box for the toilet. Inside each box there actual product was encased in blue packing bags to fill out the void. the product arrived in great condition with no issues. In the end it took longer to break down the packaging for recycling than it did to remove old toilet and install the new one. It took me about 10 minutes to remove the old toilet and clean the old wax seal and replace the flange bolts. It took about another 10 minutes to un-box and place the new toilet. you will need to buy a wax seal and toilet seat for this product (which is why I only gave it 4 stars) to assemble you bolt this to the floor with 2 bolts. bolt the tank to the toilet with 2 bolts and gaskets. put the seal between the tank and toilet, hook up the water line and you're done. you just need a toilet seat.

The toilet performs perfectly, as advertised. The height is taller than our other toilets. We like that very much. It does not come with a seat or wax doughnut. Shipment was made timely to our front door.

We bought this toilet because we needed the bone color to coordinate with other fixtures. I'm very happy with it. The dual flush is great - fast, quiet and it works very well. It is also easy to clean. I was concerned about the seat being too high, but it is fine for me and I'm 5'4. We may buy another one for our third bathroom.
