Installed toilet by a plumber and found it has a crack in the porcelain edge of the bowl. Haven't heard back from Home Depot yet. Wondering how this is going to be fixed. Removal of the old bowl and new one installed by Home Depot or do I need to get a plumber again?

First things first I absolutely love this toilet, it is just great and is worth every penny, note I got mine free thru the seeds program but after using it I would not hesitate to buy one. Installation was super easy all the guts came already installed in the toilet all I had to do was mount the tank to the bowl and then just like any other toilet secure it to the flange with a wax ring and the only adjustments I had to make were to the 2 rods connected to the flushing buttons all the other adjustments were already good to go. Now to the toilet itself, I looks great nice and modern and the fact that it has an elongated bowl and also is a 16-1/2" high comfort height toilet both make it very nice and comfortable to use, I would have to say though that probably my favorite feature on this toilet is what they call Siphon jet bowl technology with PowerWash rim it creates a nice swirling effect which easily flushes basically anything, if you search for videos on it you can see them flush things like 20 golf balls, a pound of orange peels, 56 chicken nuggets and other crazy stuff down it no problem, and this feature also helps keep the bowl cleaner. It is also a Dual flush 0.92/1.28 GPF toilet to help you save water. So all said and done if you are looking for a nice high end toilet that's definitely a good bang for your buck then pick up this toilet and you won't be disappointed!

It has an elongated bowl which is nearly chair height (16 1/2") allowing for easy access. it is constructed of vitreous china for long lasting service with an Everclean surface to provide cleaner use. Installation is straight forward requiring only normal household hand tools.

this Elegant white dual push button toilet is both stylish and a water saver. the two buttons on the lid work to save water . the left button is for a half flush and the right for a full flush. the unit being chair height at 16 1/2 inch tall and oblong bowl . the water tank is designed with a polystyrene liner inside. the white Porcelain finish in the bowl ,water tank ,and lid is top quality . the chrome finish flushing activator buttons and trim on the lid should last years. this American Standard toilet was the finishing touch we needed for are bathroom . also wife happy as with the buttons on the lid means less finger prints and stains on the tank for cleaning -this we find out soon enough ! we did have to supply are own wax ring and seat when installing as they don't come with this unit .( seat not supplied is not really that bad as most only come with plastic seats when they are supplied )

This toilet is a nice upgrade from our 2007 Mansfield. The top flush works fabulously, and it uses less water and doesn’t run as long. My husband and I are now fighting over who gets to use the “best” bathroom.

We had one of these dual flush toilets before. It was terrible and solids never went down on the first flush. This toilet has been rated high by all my family members. The design is just better and the toilet does not require multiple flushes.
