New Bathroom Faucet!
Love the satin nickel finish which compliments our other fixtures perfectly! Great classic, clean look!

operational problems - looks great though. form good - function bad
Similar problems as other reviewers. In a nutshell - hot water side handle not stable - valve leak, faucet runs continually and cannot be shut off - valve cannot be removed for replacement, although it has a replacement style valve - American Standard says parts on back order, will ship soon. Has been almost a month now, still waiting. Too bad, it's a great looking faucet with very stylish design.

We reached out to the brand about your review, and this is their response to you:
"We are sorry if you are experiencing loose or binding handles. Based on your feedback we are now preassembling the handle parts in the factory, making installation easier. In addition to these improvements, we have also improved the installation instructions to help avoid this issue. If you are still having problems with your handles please follow these instructions to eliminate the problem; From under the sink unscrew the attachment nut that holds the valve in place. From the top of the sink, pull up the handle and base. Confirm that the black rubber gasket is in place under the decorative ring at the bottom of the handle base. Then hand tighten the decorative ring clockwise until it stops, making sure that the gasket stays in place. To align the handle move it to the off position, hold it in place, then firmly tighten the attachment nut under the sink. To eliminate any potential leaking issues we have made changes in manufacturing, and we have also developed a repair kit to solve the problem. Parts are in stock, and we are now being shipped via overnight service. At American Standard, we take pride in our products, our quality and our commitment to customer service and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. If for any reason you require additional assistance please call our customer service department at 1-800-442-1902"

Looks Nice but...
Had chosen and installed this faucet in our bathroom months ago. I had set the hot and cold handles accordingly. The cold lever is okay, but the hot lever kept moving out of place. The design is minimalist and looks nice, but basically your sandwiching - 'locking' everything between what is visible above the counter and the lock rings (plastic) beneath. You come to a point you cant tighten it anymore and your levers are out of place from where you want them. They need to go back and design it better.
