Run away! Cracked within weeks of install
Bought this tub in store and had it installed professionally. It was used very lightly and infrequently due to us being on vacation/in the middle of a reno. Nevertheless, I found 2 cracks in it within 2 weeks. My contractor had already installed and tiled around it, and now has to rip it out, install a new tub, and retile. So frustrating and costly for all involved. You get what you pay for I suppose! I'm am currently waiting to see if Home Depot will refund me, but I'm not optimistic.

Tub cracked and we haven’t even ever used it
Had the tub professionally installed, set in mortar, noticed 4 day’s after installation it developed a huge crack on the corner. Thank god we hadn’t done tile work yet. Now it has to be ripped out and replaced.

Two months in and the tub bottom has boils in it!!
We ordered this tub in April and it is now June and there are huge boils formed on the bottom of the tub!! I cannot even imagine the COST and MESS it will make having to rip this out and replace it with a quality tub!! I’ll be calling American Standard tomorrow, over $900 with tub, surround, and glass doors THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

How can I put into words how much I love this tub?
I don’t have a lot of space in my bathroom, so I was a bit worried that the curved lines would encroach on other fixtures. However, despite the fact I gained an extra 2-3 inches on either side of me while in the tub (such luxury!), It only pops out an extra inch. It’s so comfortable to lay in, the sides slope gently so you can lean back comfortably. As mentioned above, the tubs width is extended my about ½ a rulers worth and is also a bit deeper than my old standard tub. Also, It feels like good quality fiber glass that’ll stand the test of time (a lot easier to get into my second floor unit), and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this piece, It’s perfect! 10/10 would buy again for every house I’ll ever own forever.

I love the shape of this tub and it is very comfortable. I paid a professional contractor to install the tub and had it tiled. It looked amazing when it was done! I was sooo happy. Unfortunately, it developed a crack a couple days after I first used it. It has a limited warranty. Of course, it does not include the amount of money it would cost for labor and new tile to replace it. The cost to take it out and put in a new one would exceed the cost of the tub. After spending $6000+ to remodel my whole bathroom around this piece of crap, I am going to have to live with it. I am going to try to have it touched up and hope it doesn't get any worse. I can't recommend this tub.
