The handle works but it is made of plastic, NOT...
The handle works but it is made of plastic, NOT METAL LIKE THE ORIGINAL HANDLE that came with the faucet. This is the second one that I have purchased as the internal plastic anchoring box that encapsulates the faucet stem cracked and broke. I feel that the design of this plastic box is weak as takes all the force in moving the stem, from front to back force (for on and off control ) to rotational force to control temperature. The material choice in plastic type and/or side wall thickness of the box are poor.
