I have the quince semi professional one handle. It's started leaking between the sprayer head and the hose. Does this cartridge help that?

Answer

Please contact us directly through the American Standard website "Contact Us" located at the bottom of our home page so we can assist you with parts.

Faucet about 4yrs old. Hard water caused buildup . Took apart to clean and now can’t stop leak around upper neck. There is a black washer which I can’t seem to find where it fits. No parts breakdown or diagrams for reference. switch valve broke.?

Answer

Based off your description you need the M964175-0070A seal kit.

Is it possible to lift the spray head above the top of the faucet without kinking the hose? When ...

Asked by SLax September 28, 2017

Answer

No, the spray head cannot be raised, the spring assembly is too stiff to allow this.

This item (4433.350.075) shows as not for sale in California due to our previous drought situation. Is there a more efficient model available?

Asked by PaulRa May 8, 2017

Answer

If you get this same faucet but with an F15 behind it then the maximum flow rate would be 1.5 gpf. 4433.350F15.075

If one has a Quince 4433.350.075 kitchen faucet. and wants to install a small faucet along side it for RO water does American Standard offer one that would match well?

Asked by plumberquery November 1, 2016

Answer

No, I am sorry but we don't manufacture anything like this.

If you turn off the faucet when it is in spray mode, will it be in spray mode when you turn it back on?

Asked by Jack July 29, 2016
1
Answer

No, once the water pressure decreases the spray function will return to a standard flow.

We just had this installed and the button to stop the water flow does not stay in the off position when you remove your hand. What is wrong?

Asked by Jean21 June 4, 2016

Answer

Water will continue to come out of the faucet until the handle is turned off.

We just installed a Fresno single control semi-professional kitchen faucet. There is very little pressure coming from the handle. When I remove the handle we get full pressure?

Asked by JD123543321 April 5, 2016
1
Answer

The handle must be pulled away from the faucet to get the full pressure.

I have already purchased this faucet for my laundry room and am in the process of choosing a sink. Will a 8.75" deep sink be too shallow for this powerful faucet? I envision I will also be using it to wash the dog. Thanks in advance!

Asked by dmlinek February 10, 2016
1
Answer

It should be adequate. Generally a 9" deep sink would be what you would want but this is so close it shouldn't make a difference.

can the faucet be mounted with the handle facing forward. I have a soap dispenser 4" to the right. It looks like this faucet wouldn't be a good choice if the spout  is 2 blocked from rotating past the handle. can I alter the limiting ring?

Asked by MikeMu January 13, 2016
1
Answer

This faucet actually should be mounted with the handle facing towards you.

Beautiful, functional faucet
We installed this fixture nearly a year ago. I held off reviewing the faucet until we gave it a work out. It is not only beautiful, but it is well made and does everything that we need from a faucet. We couldn't be happier!

Great faucet but...
We generally love it but it did not include an o-ring that is clearly shown in the included schematics.  As a result, it drips.

Quince Semi-Professional Kitchen Faucet
Looking at the 3 faucet products listed, I find the Quince Semi-Professional Kitchen Faucet would work the best for my mother. She is over 80 and still loves to cook. She lives alone and hosts many family 'get together's. She still does all her own cleaning. The faucets sleek lines, and sturdy design would work well for a simple quick clean. The ability to use the spray faucet with out pulling out a hose through the counter is very nice. Simple movements become harder for her each year. The high clearance allowable by this design also makes placing large pots or the occational bucket into the sink an easy task.
