Yes, this is an undermount sink. If i remember right the lip is about a 1/2 inch wide and clips are included for install.

I have a 60 inch counter and have 6 inches on each side and 21 inches in the center. Counter is white quartz.
It will fit, but there will only be about 3 inches left behind the sink for the faucet to be mounted. I would recommend a shorter length for your vanity.
I used a pop up drain that had a 1 1/4" tail piece, it came with a faucet I purchased.
