Listing has error - 'Diameter" shows as .13 something = 1/8" more or less. Listing has no mentio...
Asked by RanWiz April 18, 2018I tried contacting American Standard and got put on hold for a very long time. The simple thing to do is to publish the thread diameter. Otherwise customers are forced to buy the product, then return it when it doesn't fit. It's not a secret - why withhold the information?
Does this "KIT" contain 1 nut & 1 washer? Or does it have 2 of each. [Typical faucet has 2 nuts, 2 washers].
Asked by kazman April 12, 2016Please contact the manufacturer. We would need the model number of the faucet to know which kit you need and generally you would receive two of everything needed.
My Copeland bath faucet is leaking. I took off the handle and base and noticed the leak is coming up from the cartridge and valve mounting. What do I replace to fix this problem?
