A tough 6 mil film for tough jobs. PSR6 is there when you need a poly with the added strength where only scrim reinforcement will do. The scrim reinforcement is surrounded by layers of high strength film which makes it nearly impossible to tear. Great on floors but can also be used to cover items or create a temporary wall or barrier.

How close knit is the string? Acorns go right through regular 6 mil. Would this be more PUNCTURE RESISTANT or the same.

I've had this wrapped around and above a pergola as a temporary winter greenhouse for outdoor plants in Dallas, TX......there is absolutely no way a falling acorn could puncture this is my opinion....the strings are about 5/16th of an inch apart

will this work to cover window openings for a few months until we get our windows? (plan on stapling it to exterior plywood then securing edges with 2x4 to keep wind from tearing loose)

I think it would work really well for your application. Might be somewhat opaque but in my opinion that's a good thing. Good strong material.
