You would need to shim out the fascia board in this particular application. The shim would go behind the gutter. We also sell a Fascia Fixer which would also work in this application. Our Part # is T0539.
The vinyl gutter is only available in 10' Lengths. Our metal gutter is available in 10' and in some stores they carry 16'.
The vinyl gutter has its own specific connectors, drops, and end caps. The connectors and end caps have gaskets on them so you do not use caulking.
It can be recycled with plastic products.
They might work...I'm not sure of your application without seeing a picture. The slope might be affected and of course these will hold water if they are not sloped to drain out.. could cause other problems. You want the water to drain away from your exterior walls.
This they can not be cut in the store. From what I understand the saw is for lumber use only. Buy a hack saw cut it yourself in the parking lot.

No, it takes special hangers that fit this gutter. I use more than the recommended so it stays in place during heavy ranins.
This is a PVC product, I haven't used the pvc cement, but have used silicone and that works.
