Good flex drain
Flex drain worked as it should and served the purpose. The connector to attach more length did not fit, but made do.

Worked out fairly well for a quick fix. The adapter used to attach the pipe to the downspout did not fit tight. Used duct tape , (handyman's secret weapon) to connect them.

I installed it about one month ago and have no complaints. I like the fact that it is retractable according to need. There has been no heavy rain since it was installed, so it has not been strongly tested, but I don't anticipate any problems.
