is this one elbow piece or two as shown?
These are sold as individual pieces.
Is the end flexible enough to fit over a downspout that has some damage at its end?
These are designed to be a fairly snug fit. We would recommend trying to shape the damage end back to its original shape prior to installing for the greatest chance of success.

My downspout is round 3” diameter…what size should I use
This Flex-Elbow is designed to fit a 3"x4" rectangular downspout. It will not be compatible with a 3" round downspout. We currently do not offer a Flex-Elbow for round downspout applications.
Is this paintable?
We do not recommend painting any of our vinyl products.
Hi. Can I use Oatly Regular Clear PVC Cement to bond two Flex-Elbows together? Thanks.
We do not have any testing data for this application. We would recommend testing in a small area on the Flex-Elbow before full scale operation. Silicone might be another alternative.
Can I attach two or more Flex-a-Spouts together to make it longer?
