Easy install but creates icicles
These fit my gutters well, even with my Steel rook shingles. I only installed them on the side that accumulates pine needles in my gutter. I was happy until we just had a 3” snowfall this spring. The icicles only formed where I installed these. I even installed a short 1 foot piece around the corner and you can see in the pictures that it caused icicle formation. The icicles caused dripping and water on my front entrance, no good. I may leave them up for the summer and take them down in the Fall

Stupid
These keep the leaves out but they also keep the water out! Once installed, it's like you have no gutters at all and water pours freely over them. I guess its back to cleaning the gutters because these create more problems than the solve. Useless!

Waste of Money and Time
Installed these on my lower level gutters and spent $500 at Home Depot The quality is good, but the design is poor. If you are in an area with long pine needles (e.g. Austrian Pines) or "helicopter" or "whirlybird" seeded trees (e.g. Boxelders) they will stick in the slots and render the guards useless and require you to clean them in the fall or let rain water run off or ice to build up and create ice build up and ice dams. Hope this saves you wasted time and money.

If you live near maple trees, stay away from these.
Have had them on for one year, and of course this year is the year maple trees are bad. These leaf guards are perfect at catching them. I have maple seeds sticking out in masses along all the gutters on the front of my house. They work fine for regular leaves, but with maple trees, I'm now having to hire someone to come clean my gutter guards, which kind of defeats the purpose of them.

Works like a charm
Not certain how this would work with the slope of my roof, I installed this product on the easier to reach gutters. This was very easy to install. Even with my little modification and going up and down an 8ft ladder, 8 pices took me about 30 mins. After installing the first two pieces I didn't like the gap between pieces and they didn't sit flat and flush. So I clip about 1/2 inch off the front so the pieces could be overlapped. I bent the ends over and crimp them against the gutter for a better finish. The true test was in a heavy downpour a few hours later. No waterfall. Leaves out, water in. Works like a charm! Now it's on to the high gutters.

High quality product just not right for me
the gutter cover is high quality metal and is very wide. It installs under the roof shingles, not sure if that is good idea for some users compare my pic to the product pic, it fits solidly in the front of the gutter w/o screws. unfortunately the holes are the perfect size for maple seedlings to stand up right. They have been like this for two weeks so they are not getting blow away by the wind, I'll give it another two weeks. I also noticed that the ice and snow would melt outside over the gutter. takes all the water coming off of the roof.

Great product except if you have maple trees
Well made, durable, excellent fit and finish. What I like most about these was that there was no lip along the outer edge where debris can build up (like the cheaper plastic ones). HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE MAPLES, it holds onto the seeds for dear life. This is my Gutter AFTER I got up on a ladder and blasted it with my leaf blower. Apparently the almond-shaped slots are like a key hole for maple seeds. They drop in and either have to eventually erode or be handpicked (which ain't gonna happen. So yeah, overall, very impressed with the the product but just be aware of this drawback which may affect some of you out there.

Works very well at keeping leaves, gunk and pigeon poop out of the gutter and down spout. It didnt fit my gutter perfectly with the ridge to keep it in place snugly so I had to just lay it there without securing, that's why only 4 stars.
