We spent 2 hours trying to get this together. Some of the instructions refer to the wrong parts. Some of the latches that are supposed to line up simply don't and it's impossible to get them to connect. I bet we were 1/3 into the project and we just threw in the towel. I had to wait 90 minutes to get online support and they said the order was still in a state where it was passed to the manufacturer and doesn't show delivered yet. So they couldn't process the return. They told me to go to the store, which I am doing tomorrow. The instructions say this is a 1 hour job. NO WAY!! ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! This is a 5-6 hour job to put it together and there are connectors that don't align so you will never get them connected. I have made a mental note to never buy "Ameriwood." You should listen to me. I am extremely handy. I do everything around the house. I put anything together. I do electrical, plumbing, fixtures, painting, whatever......STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!! I am unable to give it zero stars so it gets one.

Was a bit difficult to put together as some parts/pieces didn’t match up evenly. Will say it started off as a one person job and then quickly turned into a 2 person toward the end.
