A:  Thank you for your question. Per step 1 on page 5 of the assembly instructions, " The hinges can be mounted on either the left panel or right panel, depending on which way you want the door to open (right or left). Shown is for the hinges to be mounted on the left panel." While generally questions are answered by the manufacturer, it is possible for them to be answered by other sources as well. It might also be a situation where there has been an engineering change in the ten plus years since this product launched and answers were based on outdated information. Either way, there is not a means available to me to remove incorrect answers and I apologize for the confusion.

A:  72". The cabinet as a whole can measure 74.3 to 75 inches, with the legs accounting for 2.3 to 3" of that measurement, as they are adjustable. We do not recommend omitting the feet, however. We work hard to make our furniture both safe and functional and test it carefully and specifically toward that end. If it includes feet, we test the unit with them and if it doesn’t, we test without them. We can’t actually verify the structural integrity of a unit if changes are made and therefore, we do not recommend doing so. Additionally, any changes made to the item would void the warranty.

A:  72 inches. The adjustable foot has an operation height is from 57mm (2 ¼”) fully closed to 82mm (3 ¼”) fully opened, so it has a range of 1” of adjustability. This feature allows for the item to be leveled on uneven surfaces. We work hard to make our furniture both safe and functional and test it carefully and specifically toward that end.
