      A:  Yes, you can reverse it. However, there is a small set screw that normally would be on the bottom to hide it, that, when reversed would be visible on top. It's not very big though. The arm swings freely up and down, and bangs against the wall when a towel is removed. It doesn't pivot in and out.

      A:  yes, the handle can flip over, so you can hang it with the opening in the other direction. the little pin that holds the towel ring onto the wall usually is screwed on the bottom. You will need to screw it in the top. Which is no big deal as it is pretty invisible.

      The installation of the towel ring was not that complicated. Needs a drywall anchor for secure mount (the job is much easier if you have a stud nearby). Overall, it took me less than 15 minutes to install this product. I really like the stainless steel finish on this and the square design gives it a very modern look. This ring matches perfectly with the Arrondi towel rod in stainless steel.

I put in the bathroom vanity light, towel, towel rack, towel ring, toilet paper holder and the robe hook for the door and think they're great. Great finish, made well with stainless steeland a excellent design. I with they're going to be there for a long time
