Ames' Block and Wall Acrylic is an elastomeric waterproofing sealant for exterior, above-grade walls. It dries to form a waterproof seal to keep water and moisture out. Its designed for exterior use with good UV resistance and almost peel-proof on any concrete or vertical application.

Does this product work sort of like flex seal? I like flex seal because it works but the smell is horrible. I would prefer to use something that didn't have the horrendous smell that flex seal has. I've read this product is low odor is that true?

You can coat over old paint as long as what you are coating has good adhesion. Any areas that have flaking and peeling must be removed.

Can I use this on my basement walls to keep water from coming in

I would be using this in my garage it’s built into a berm that water keeps coming in during the rain

If i were to use this on the floor as well, would this work if there is a 10yr sealer already on the floor? recommend a different product?
