Infuriatingly bad
The outside of the spout had a nick in it, such that the faucet leaks from the outside when the water is on. If this happened during shipping with foam packaging, just imagine how fragile this product would have been over months of use.
In addition, the instructions are some of the worst I have ever read. Installing a faucet is fairly standard but would it really have hurt to put bigger pictures or some words?
I had to return this item due to the defect.
