Storm Door Sucess
Took my time installing over 2 hrs period. Watched a few different YouTube video. The hardest part was installing the interior side of the glass upper and lower retainer strips. These could been installed at the factory to save the customer time and frustration as the instructions were pretty vague. But all in all they were a snap after a an hour of fiddling with them. Really good door for the price point,

I installed it myself. It took maybe 2 hrs or so. I had go keep reading the manual. If I had to do it again, it certainly can be done in 45mins. I love how it looks, the smooth operation, the quality seems good and its sturdy. It came with a door handle so thats a plus. I hope it lasts a very long time. I bought it when it was on sale but it took almost a month for the delivery to HD. It must be made to order.

I bought 2 of these doors. Only one has been put up. It is beautiful. Compliments my home nicely. My neighbors asked where I bought them because now they want them!

Had someone to install this door and they complimented it right away. Others that have seen it have done the same thing. I love the handle n the lock n key. I don’t like that you can’t use the screen n glass together, only one or the other is the option you have.

The fullview screen and the fullview window cannot be used altogether at the same time. The door is very easy to install. It closes very securely, and it looks amazing. There is a major dislike that I have with this door. The trim pieces that are supposed to lock the screen and storm door in place are very questionable. I had a very hard time getting them to actually engage and lock the screen door in place. One side actually locks but the other three sides are constantly falling out. I tried to find a video on you tube and the home depot site but nothing really addressed what I am doing wrong. If the screen door is loose that is not a big deal but of the storm door is loose and falls there will be broken glass everywhere. The instruction manual had little to say about it. I think is a bad engineering design. I do like the dual closers. It makes for a tight seal.

Lasted 2 years, not a storm door
MD. Had windstorm 1st yr. Door didnt close all the way when someone left. Wind pushed door open & slammed back causing glass to shift. Reset but plastic interior frame 4 glass insert was damaged. Glass shifted again & broke. Bought replacement glass & plastic frame, broke again during storm. Used screen instead of paying 4 glass again. Plastic isnt strong enough 2 hold glass during storm if door moves bc it didn't shut all the way. Ext frame covered by warranty not flimsy frame 4 glass. Dumb

The plastic trim is a BIG problem
I bought 2 of these for my home. The plastic trim that holds the window (or screen) in the door is VERY hard to install (and remove) - the edges that enable the plastic trim to clip into the window mean it has to be aligned perfectly - this requires strong hands and lots of patience. See the picture of the plastic trim (attached) showing the window trim.
If your requirements include swapping the screen for the window BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

Broken frame after three weeks
The plastic frames that hold the glass together have warped and came off the door after the door was installed three weeks ago. I am not able to reattach them. I would not recommend buying this door.
