    It does not have a screen and you don't need it. It cost a $100 for Home Depot contractor to install it and its worth it.

    Thank you for your question. The serial number is located on the hinge side of the door on a 1"x2" white or silver sticker. You will see the EMCO or Andersen logo/name and a bar code. -Paul

    Thank you for your inquiry. If you plan to only use the fullview screen on an Andersen 3000 Series Fullview Easy Install Storm Door, you may do so. The fullview screen (or the fullview window) is held into the door by the retainer strips which are sturdy enough to keep the screen insert stays on the door. Please go to the nearest Home Depot store in your area to check the display doors. - Noel

    Easy install
    This is an easy storm door to install even for beginners as long as you know basic skills and literally within the 45 minutes as the instructions suggest. Now for the bad part, the retainers seem cheap and will probably crack when I switch out the glass panel for the screen when the weather warms up. I have also noticed that the bottom pin that holds the closer onto the door seems to work it’s way out of place and has bent the slot that it sits in. The metal was easily able to be bent back into place. The other dislike is the fact that when the sun is really bright out and the main door to the house is closed it seems to get really warm between the storm door and main door and when this happens it causes the grease in the closing mechanism to off gas or give off a foul odor, but as soon as you open the storm door it dissipates. Overall I am very happy with the door and the glass can withstand my kids banging on it with toys and their hands. I may have to leave the glass insert installed year round until my kids are old enough so they don’t go thru the screen though. The door looks great and works as it should. Very Happy.

    Just had my new all glass storm door installed and there appears to be a haze all over the glass ...
    Just had my new all glass storm door installed and there appears to be a haze all over the glass that will not come off. I’ve tried Windex and even alcohol but it will not come off. My previous all glass door did not have this problem. Anderson considers it weather related and therefore not their problem. It is not moist, it is not condensation. It is a haze. It came this way. Instead of a nice clear glass door I have spent my money on second rate quality and cannot recommend Anderson.

    Very nice storm door for the price
    I'm very pleased with the finished product and hardware. The door seals very well and solved a leakage problem, installation is clearly explained and took about an hour. My main and only complaint is the inside trim pieces that hold the glass should be mitered at the corners instead of butting up square and over an inch too short. This made for a very unprofessional appearance at the corners on the interior view. I can't believe Anderson cheaped out for the butted trim fitment on what is an otherwise excellent product. I might just buy replacement trim for a larger door and do it myself. The handle set was top notch and very well made.

    This is an absolute waste of money. It is cheaply made and horribly put together. Once it gets cold, the door doesn't close properly. To quote the contractor who installed it "Andersen has really gone down in quality." The customer service is also entirely useless. Do not buy this door.

    I’m so happy with the results the storm door blocks...
    I’m so happy with the results the storm door blocks the draft that my front door had plus gives extra security with the lock. Plus the color of the door went well with my front facade being cranberry colored.

    Door arrived ahead of schedule. It took two men to install, but installed easily. The door was supposed to have Oil-Rubbed Bronze Hardware, but came with black. It is now installed and I am not sure how to remedy this.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, with use, your hands will polish away the darker material finish, exposing the rich bronze beneath creating a two-tone appearance. The dark, thin protective coating over the bronze is hand-rubbed with oil to preserve the protective layer. - Charmaine AWEMCOMarketing
