You'd probably be best to contact Andersen directly through their website for that question. My guess is no because the screen frame is fabricated of pieces that lock together at a manufacturing plant somewhere.
Yes it does!

No film on glass, you may want to use a solution of one part distilled white vinegar to 10 parts warm water in a spray bottle and clean with a cotton cloth. You can add a drop of dawn dishwashing soap if needed.

Thank you for your question. The serial number is located on the hinge side of the door on a 1"x2" white or silver sticker. You will see the EMCO or Andersen logo/name and a bar code. -Paul
Probably not as the fabric will be impossible to lock into the frame channel once it's been installed for awhile. Your best bet is to replace the original screen fabric with something that is thicker. The original fabric is very thin and UV exposure can make it softer and seem loose. A thicker "pet proof" screen might be better. If you lack the skills to do this yourself any window glass shop can do it for you for modest fee. The fabric is held in by a thin rubber gasket in a channel around the edge of the screen and takes some finesse to reinstall with new fabric and requires a screen tool that fits the channel.
Yes. That is what it is designed for.
