The pause feature should only be available for this product if you are looking to pause one or both of the included shower heads, rather than pausing a different shower head altogether. You may need to partner with a licensed plumber to see if closing off one of the waterlines or modifying an existing waterline is a possible solution. AnswersYou have installed it incorrectly. The nut and the diverter should counter balance each other so the diverter will not turn. Read the instructions and see if that helps. If not call customer service at 908-862-8090

AnswersIf by diverter pipe you mean the pipe coming out of the wall....I had the same problem, it was more of a seap while only one head was running. I had a plumber come look at it, he took out the screen gasket & put the regular one in, plus taped it.

My Favorite Purchase
My husband was very hesitant to purchase this because he thought the shower pressure would decrease significantly due to the double shower head. Right after using it the first time he said “I have never been this happy to be this wrong about something before”. This shower head is amazing, the different settings are great and the water pressure is phenomenal(better than before).
Installation was very simple, it works beautifully and makes showers even more enjoyable than they already were. I recommend this product to everyone, it’ll be one of your greatest purchases for your home!

The shower head is not the quality I expected. The parts are plastic (shower heads, hose). The wand doesn't fit well in the holder, and when you go to put it in the holder it moves the large shower head. Would't purchase it again.

This is a nice two in one showerhead replacement / upgrade. At first, I thought the color was off because it is pretty shiny but it matched my bushed nickel pretty well. The spray settings are very nice. The handheld showerhead is very light. I did use a cloth and monkey wrench to tighten everything. It comes with a roll of plumber’s tape which was awesome and one additional rubber washer. I’m very happy with this showerhead combo so far!

The 48-Spray Dual Rainfall Showerhead and Handheld Showerhead with Pause in Brushed Nickel is easy to install following the included instructions. I had a leak and had to use the second washer to secure the shower head coming from the wall per the included instructions. I installed a holder for the handheld showerhead due to the builder installing the shower extremely high for short people below 6 feet tall. The possible combinations of spay from both heads is huge, around 50 different combinations if you want to go to the extreme. Looks good and feels great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the packaging, so small yet everything was indeed in there. Assembly is a breeze and so simple. It comes with instructions. but most will not need it. Takes about 15-20 minutes to install and you only need a pliers and an adjustable wrench. Now for the operation. I see now why it is tagged as ultra-luxury high-pressure shower. It feels like a SPA experience. A lot more nozzles cover a wider surface area, but by design it forces the same water pressure faster which gives a better pressure to surface feel. And then the 6 settings on both the rain head and the hand fitting is more than I could ask for. The extra-long 72 in. hose for added reach and mobility was a very nice touch and not only is long but also super flexible and unaffected by the temperature of the water. But the most impressive thing to me was the pause feature. The ability of both heads to cut the water 95% without me loosing the delicate mix I have achieved is reason enough to invest in this unit. A premium Brushed Nickel finish will be the highlight of your shower decor.

I love this dual shower head. I needed to replace my shower head since it was clogged and the spray was going in a lot of directions. I now look forward to my morning shower as an experience and not just a necessity. When I received my package and found that the one head was a 7" rain shower head I was even more excited to give this a try. Both shower heads have several spray patterns and I am sure you will find one that you like the best. The knob to switch the water between both heads moves very smoothly and easily. If you don't already have a shower head on a hose I highly recommend getting this. A separate shower head on the hose allows you to make quick work of cleaning and rinsing your shower/tub, rinsing off pets and targeting specific areas of your body like your feet. This comes with all the hardware, including the teflon plumber's tape, that you will need to install the shower heads. The only thing you should be aware of is that it is made out of what feels like plastic but it does come with a limited lifetime warranty and anti-clog rub-clean jets for easy cleaning and preventing lime buildup. I feel for the price that this is a good value.

The 48-Spray Dual Rainfall Showerhead and Handheld Showerhead with Pause in Brushed Nickel is a great addition to our shower. We really enjoy the different settings and being able to have either the main head, handle or both running at the same time. It is supper simple to install. Unscrew your old shower head with a pair of channel locks. Wrap a little of the supplied teflon tape around all the male fittings and then screw them together. Make sure the rubber seals are installed in the shower head hose. Each head has the same settings (see video). The water feels crisp and refreshing coming out of these heads. Definitely are enjoying the upgrade from the single shower head.
