Q:I live in the mountains. We get alot of snow. How much weight can this cover hold? 1 ft of snow or 2 ft of snow?

A: It can handle some snow, but we would recommend trying to make a habit of cleaning the snow off the cover as the weight will eventually warp the cover and cause sagging in the middle. Over time, the cover will absorb melted snow and that's not good for it either.

A: No wood is involved or used. Our Solid Shell and Cabinet is made of the most versatile, environmentally friendly and durable plastics. Lightweight and super strong, it is impact, weather and mold resistant producing a lower weight spa that is virtually indestructible. They do include insulation. Unfortunately, we do not have photos of the bottom or inside.

Very pleased with my purchase

I recieved my Hot tub 3 months ahead of the promise date. I had to stare at it on my patio for three months before I was able to install it due to winter weather. I am so pleased with my purchase so far and it was worth the wait. Everyone that has spent time in it leaves totally relaxed and ready to buy one for themselves! It is a great addition to my backyard topical oasis in NorthEast Ohio! Aloha Nui Loa !!!

Ordered the tub in November, arrived in Idaho 12/22. ...

Ordered the tub in November, arrived in Idaho 12/22. Perfect. Followed directions explicitly for set up. Filled tub 12/23, High speed pump came on, controller panel came on, tub started heating, perfect. Within 5 minutes my breaker tripped. Kept tripping, unplugged pump from control panel, and tripping stopped, clearly a pump issue, now it’s 12/24 and everything is closed. Called Strong Spas on 12/27, technical support, and Greg answered. Explained the problem and Greg said “you clearly have a short in your pump, let me send you a new one”. Perfect. Called 1/3: No pump in the mail yet. Called 1/10. No pump in the mail yet. Called 1/17. Pump was shipped to a “tech in my area who will do the repair. Ok. Tech called, he’s very busy. Doesn’t know when he can fix it. So I’ve had this hot tub for 4 weeks now and haven’t even turned it on. It’s like a giant flower pot. How frustrating can one purchase be??? Do Not recommend.

I did finally receive my spa about five weeks ago,...

I did finally receive my spa about five weeks ago, but had to wait the completion of my new Arizona room being added to my home, to be able to move it in and get it set up and installed. The spa is absolutely beautiful and a great deal for the money. I wanted to give it a five star rating, and Home Depot deserves at least a five star rating for their customer service. A couple of major problems from the manufacturer/vendor is where I was Very unhappy. #1..The shipping manifest had the wrong unit address and the shipper refused delivery until it was corrected and confirmed by Home Depot. The bill of lading manifest was printed incorrectly by the manufacturer. #2 Once the spa was filled and all electrical was completed, within 24 hours, their was a pool of water and I had to hire someone to come out at 11:00 to remove the side covers to determine where the leak was and get it fixed. The main pipe fitting into the pump, probably an o-ring fitting had to be tightened. This shows me the quality inspection control at the manufacturer is poor. I am hoping tha there are no more issues that might arise during use.
