Chipping
I bought this for a bathroom addition and as soon as it was installed and ready to use, we noticed 3 chips in the bottom. We reached out to the company send they refuse to contact us.

Good tub
Easy install, the tub is 2" more narrow than a regular tub but that was a good thing for us since the room was narrow. The skirt and back wall are too thin and they flex a lot, but we put spray foam in these areas and also beneath the tub and now it feels very strong and secure without any movement. Shelves could be a little wider, but overall it works for our purpose.

Everything about this tub is just fine. But they put these big stickers all over it that are impossible to get off!

Sorry for your issue with the Stickers. I would recommend using a Plastic Scrapper, but also tear off as much as possible, and then spray WD40 on the remaining parts and let it soak. If it is really bad, spray and then cover with Plastic Wrap for a few hours...this will hold the oil in place and let it work on the adhesive. Another item is Goo be Gone.

I have had this tub/shower unit installed for about two weeks. Installed in new construction (unfinished). Pros: This unit looks nice installed, and it seems sturdy so far. It also has the perfect entry hight for my younger children. Cons: The material is very thin. There are two spots so thin that it is translucent( won't notice after install, but still note worthy). The finish scratches very easily as well. I noticed that the dimensions very in different locations, making it more difficult to install. I wouldn't recommend for first time diy'rs. All in all, I'm happy with it. Just wish it was a little better quality. But what do you expect for 400 bucks.

I am a contractor. The tub is sturdy, and well made. I don't recommend it much for remodels were space is tight, being that it is a one piece but if you have the space or the ability to remove some studs to fit it in, it is definitely worth the money.
