Sleek design, easy to use (once you figure it out). Unit installed fine but be very careful when connecting or disconnecting the power cables. I had to disconnect the power cables to make adjustments on the install and the connector end broke. I managed to connect it back using my computer repair tools. I would have given it 5 stars but the instructions for both installation and operation were totally inadequate. I had to call the support number and the agent told I had instruction for the wrong unit. He worked with me over the phone to change the codes, etc. He said the instructions in the box were for an older unit. All in all, I recommend the deadbolt.

I like the unit. The one downside is there is...
I like the unit. The one downside is there is no delay in the locking mechanism—so if you just brush the touchpad the lock engaged. You should have to hold your finger on the pad for at least one second before it engaged.

It works well and looks good, but the designer should have made the locking mechanism differently. As it is now, all it takes is a slight touch on the screen to make the lock engage. So, if you are just walking in your house, and something as minor as your sleeve brushes against the touch pad, it's going to lock. So this lock engages by accident while we are entering our house maybe 4 or 5 times a week. So not a ton, but enough to be annoying.
If the designer made it so that you had to leave your finger on the touch pad for even 2 or 3 seconds before it would engage, that would have been great.
