Nice concept and product
These cutting boards work! They make excellent cutting boards and they can be used as trays for light items. (If you carry a heavy roast from the BBQ to a counter on it, you need to support it underneath.)
The main feature is of course the raised sides that prevent small bits and liquids from running off the board. They do not get in the way of cutting at all. We have cut vegetables as well as a beef roast using a long carving knife without any problems. I was able to pour the juices into the gravy easily too.
To pour juices off one can bend the cutting board to facilitate the liquid pouring out at a small pouring lip in the middle of one long side.
We also use them for spicing meat before going onto the BBQ.
You get three boards in the pack. The colors in our pack are: black, silver and brown (called Midnight, Stainless and Copper)
They have been through the dishwasher a few times without any visible problems.
BPA free. FDA approved. Made in the USA
This makes a nice gift for people who have almost everything too.

Mixed opinion
I've always wanted a bendable cutting board because of the challenge of keeping everything from spilling over the edges when scraping into a bowl or cooking pot. With the raised edges on the Chop Keeper I just couldn't pass it up.
I liked what I saw until I opened the package and actually had one in hand. My immediate observation is that the tray is not as flexible as it appears in the pictures. As a matter of fact, I can see slingshotting food across the kitchen if you don't have a strong, controlled grip when bending the tray to dump the contents. Another problem, which I only noticed on the stainless colored tray, is on the edge of the tray I can see the plastic turning lighter where it bent. This is indicative of a weakening spot in the plastic. How many times can I bend this tray before it starts to crack?
On the plus side, I've seen that chopping mats used by other people and it seems knives destroy them very quickly. The thickness of the trays should hold up to cuts for a long time. They are a nice size, 18" wide by 13" deep. My cutting boards always leave me wishing they had more space. These should have room to spare.
They are dishwasher safe and, for that one person that always has to ask, they are made in the USA. Broken down cost per tray, I feel they are a good buy. Only time will tell if they are a great buy.

These argee cutting boards are very useful for catching juice when cutting pineapple and other juicy fruits. I also use one under my coffee maker that helps prevent spills on counter.

It’s a great idea but the boards are so very extremely flimsy, if you happen to pick it up with anything on it unless it’s something that way a couple ounces you definitely will drop it everywhere because it’s really light and flimsy, I guess you have to use it to know what I’m talking about

With the rim around the outside of these cutting boards...
With the rim around the outside of these cutting boards I can also use them for potting plants, containing the mess, and for crafts, as well as chopping up things in the kitchen.
