I am so very disappointed. It looks great but it is not very sturdy. The railing was near impossible to get undone. It is very noisy going up and down and the rail is flimsy.

We loved the quality of the product! The installation instructions...
We loved the quality of the product! The installation instructions were, albeit non-written with only icon pictures, spot on. One of us is a contractor which made for an easier time measuring, leveling, and drilling. The stairs were installed in approximately 10 hours (after the hole was cut in the ceiling and wall at the top of the stairs which took approximately 6 hours the day before but includes the time to finish the rough openings. The only issue we had was straightening out the railing. It requires a heating process to uncoil and it isn't perfect science. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and will recommend it to others.

Works well
Easy to install, after you read the directions. Easily adjustable stair tread heights. Need to some math before you begin.

Great stairs just too large for project purchased another one...
Great stairs just too large for project purchased another one just smaller. That one worked perfectly. I then returned this one.

No words, only pictures, but easy to to follow once you get started. Was missing one piece, got the replacement in a short time.
