Accessory for Phoenix spiral staircase model K07084. Up to three additional risers can be added to reach a maximum height of 148-7/16 in. Please check you floor-to-floor measurement to calculate the correct number of risers needed.

Interior installation
Additional riser kit consists of one beech wood tread, four balusters, connectors and hardware
Each riser will add 29.4 degrees to the rotation of the stair
Rise adjustable from 8-3/8 in. to 9-11/32 in.
Use only with model K07084

For the installation height noted of 10' 8", the standard kit (adjustable to the height of 10') PLUS 1 (one) additional stair tread kit will allow you to complete the installation. You will not need any additional handrail or center pole extension to complete the installation. The stairs was easy to intall. Takes a little time but well woth it. I am not a capenter but found video helpful and stair built to be easly installed. love them
