Arrow Dakota 10 ft. W x 14 ft. D 2-Tone Galvanized Steel Shed with Galvanized Steel Floor Frame Kit, Whites is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 397.

This was easy to assemble and instructions were pretty good telling you what to do. Even most of the parts were laid out in the shipping box as needed, you didn't have to dig to find the parts. I didn't use the floor kit, I made a floor out of 2x4's and 19/32 plywood. it made a solid and square base. I'm going to use the floor kit to make shelves. I was surprised that all of the pre drilled holes matched up and there were plenty of screws. make sure you use the plastic washers on all of the exterior screws. You can't do this by yourself, my wife was my assistant and she is not a carpenter. I had to remind her, "rignty tighty, lefty loosy" and we did it with a small rachet socket (11/32) and a philips screwdriver, several times used my cordless drill. and 2 small stepladders. Everything came together great. My only complaint was the thickness of the steel (tin) but the price says that. very good for the cost.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay for a quick assembly building The engineering and materials for the building were sound enough. However, unless you are putting this together on a perfectly flat surface and are able to adjust the floor frame and framework it is very difficult to get all of the panels and pieces to line up with the holes. This is especially true with the roof. We had to force some of the panels to fit and I think this is why the building leaked during the first rain storm. However, it took us about two full days to assemble the building and I did not have another couple days to undo and refasten panels and framework to get all the screw holes to line up perfectly. The building works for a quick inexpensive fix (we just through a tarp over it to stop the leaks) but I would not recommend it if you have the time/money to build a wooden building instead. I don't plan to purchase any more metal buildings but it is mostly from my lack of skill working with them. If you can assemble them without leaks, this building is good for the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Assembly All the pieces were there, I recommend building a 2x6 pressure treated platform. Level with 2' thick concrete pads .99 at your local store. The so called floor kit will not serve any purpose.Put 2x6s on 2' centers and cover with 5/8 plywood . Follow instructions for placing building on concrete platform ..2x4s are far too light to support the building and contents.Every hole lined up perfectly. I was very pleased. A small phillips screwdriver to use as a lineup tool is very handy. Ask your wife or young son to assist you. Many small nuts and bolts are used and many are in very tight places. Parts are flimsey and easily bent. A cordless screwdriver is a must and only tighten screws too snug any more and the screw will pull through and just leave you with a hole. Throw away the old duct tape they give you for so called weather stripping. After you ard finished fill all voids and seams from the inside with silicone. Over all I found the building to be a true value. But I must stress a strong foundation is the biggest clue to success. Forget the anchoring kit screw it down to a solid platform.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent little shed for price Took myself and my wife a day plus a few hours to setup. Unlike others, we had no issues w/ screws not lining up w/ holes, you just have to build it on a flat area - I did it in the garage and then got a hand moving it to it's base. My base wasn't perfectly square and that was a mistake. We have two of these sheds... one came w/ a rental property we bought and the other we built. Both lasted at least 5 years until the same storm brought a tree down on one and 3 1/2 feet of snow crushed the other one. We had zero rust at any time. The only real complaint I have is that the doors don't slide well even if you clean the track regularly. When the doors pop off the track after a full day or yard work, it's frustrating. I'm going out to buy replacements and will be buying the same shed again. The tree would have smashed nearly any shed, and leaving 3 1/2 feet of snow was my fault.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Bang for the Buck I purchased one of these sheds for my last place but I have now moved and will purchase another! Value: You can't get this amount of space for the price, even after you make a foundation weather it be concrete or wood. Time: My uncle and I put the shed together in one day, a very long sun-up to sun-down day, but still one day. Setup: MAKE SURE that the base is level and square! If so, installation will go smooth. Durability: This shed withstood hurricane sandy whipping winds and rain in PA. things were all over the yard, and trees down, but the shed didn't budge. Foundation: I built the equivalent of decking out of all pressure treated 2x4s. And it's strong as an ox, me and 3 other 200lb guys were jumping up and down on it. Note: I had to put a barrier down as the instructions insist the shed does not touch pressure treated wood due to corrosion issues. Overall: Great purchase and will buy another this spring.

Since I was replacing an old shed--also by Arrow and same with and length-- I was quite surprised and disappointed the new shed was considerably SHORTER. For some reason, THAT measurement was NOT included on your website!! I had a contractor install it, so I did not see the info from the box--until he was done and I realized the shed was much shorter. The info from the box DID have the height listed. Please list ALL pertinent dimensions on your website, especially items ( like this one) that can only be purchased online. Unfortunately, I cannot return this item, but it WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Saving a few bucks is just not worth it. I needed multiple sheds and since one was for storage I decided to try out the Arrow Dakota based on price and the fact that for storage, a metal shed would be fine. Upon opening the one box that was extremely heavy we found all of the parts fairly clearly labeled. The one thing I appreciated most about this product was they gave you more than enough screws bolts nuts and washers so that as you were building in case you lost dropped whatever into the dirt one of these items you had plenty of backups. However, on the downside the instructions were overly complicated. The part labeling for all panels was on the exterior of the shed which kind a looks tacky to the Mrs. Now for the roof. If I can give you one piece of advice should you choose to buy this product… Assemble the entire roof on the ground. I REPEAT. Assemble the entire roof on the ground. Unless your arms or 3 to 4 feet long... you will save your self plenty of headaches by assembling the roof on the ground and then having a few friends help you lift

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent shed for the money First, three qualifiers: You will need 2 minimum (3 is better at some points) people to assemble; you must have a level plot of ground to build on; this is NOT a quick job, plan to dedicate a whole day or more to assembly. That said, this is a very good shed for the money. The directions were very easy to follow and the parts come out of the box in the order you need them if you leave the box flat on the pallet and open along the guidelines. Once assembled it's huge inside, I have a riding mower, a push mower, two garden carts, two shelving units and a plethora of long handle and hand garden tools inside it now, with room to walk around and actually get to things without having to empty it as I go. While it's footprint sounds large, it really doesn't take a huge chunk out of my moderately sized back yard. I'm very happy with it.
