It depends. I have an old Bostich that needs another size, the "Stanley Bostich Heavy Duty" doesn't mention t50 on its package but the website shows Bostich sells t50 staples and calls them heavy duty.I guess someone from Bostich may answer your question.

              Answer This Question

Hello - These staples can be used with any stapler that specifies T50 staples. They will not work with a desktop stapler. They are rust resistant but not rust proof. - Your Arrow Fastener Team

                  Answer This Question

Hello - Unfortunately, we do not have compatibility information for every stapler on the market. Please check with the tool manufacturer. For your reference, Arrow T50 staples have a 3/8" wide crown. - Your Arrow Fastener Team

The Porter Cable stapler takes 1/4? - 9/16? sized staples with a 3/8? crown (or at least mine does). Arrow stated these T50 staples are 1/2? with a 3/8? crown. So they should fit..

Should fit fine, as long as it takes T50 staples , pretty common!

I don't see why not. I used them to recarpet bunks on a boat trailer. Stainless steel probably overkill if not using outdoors.

Carbon Steel galvanized is not stainless steel. Galvanized is a zinc coating.

All of the arrow staples I've bought in the last year have the same problem. They bend going in, they break coming out. I need a staple that functions in both directions. I build strip canoes and restore antique boats. I am currently trying out other staples and options.

Hello, there. What you're describing could be occurring for a variety of reasons, including using a longer staple than needed for the project materials or working with a tool that does not have the power to penetrate the surface properly. For example, we recommend a pneumatic staple gun like the PT50 when working with a hard plastic like ABS. We would love to touch base with you to better understand what you've been experiencing with our staples and find a solution. We'd also like to send you a staple puller, which is a huge help when pulling out staples! Would you email our team at customercare@arrowfastener.com or give us a call at 800-776-2228? Thank you for giving us the chance to address your experience! -Your Arrow Fastener team Arrow

I tried these stainless steel staples hoping they would perform better than the galvanized ones and unfortunately they did not. These bend just as bad as the cheaper ones and you have to hammer them in. I tried different lengths to no avail. They do not work for upholstery projects for hard wood (ash). These cost 3 times as much as the others and don’t perform any better. Don’t waste your money

Hello - Sorry to hear that you had issues with your Stainless Steel staples. The problem you describe often indicates improper staple leg length. When the staple stands away from the surface, the staple might be too long. Check out our staple guide for more information: https://bit.ly/3fJdrRS. - Your Arrow Team Arrow
