T50 3/8 in. Crown 18-Gauge Stainless Steel Staples (1000-Pack)

A:  These are actually 24 AWG. I measured them with calipers. I am not sure why there is so much Mis-information with arrow and porter cable staples but they should put the correct AWG on the box and website.

A:  Mmmmmm...... Nope, I don't think so. Not into a plaster / drywall type of surface. No idea what type of "wire" you're attaching to the ceiling, or what the wire will be holding up, but I would suggest finding the joists / rafters and attaching your wire to them. And you will definitely need something longer / stronger than 3/8 inch staples. Good Luck! :)

A:  No. They will most likely bend while penetrating. Too much pressure will cut through wire insulation. Not recommended.
