It is a good plague to be used for various craft projects or like we used for our toddler starts to write (try to write, which I call scribble/scrabble.)
But keep in mind to use only highlighter or dry erase markers. Permanent marker make a permanent mark. :)
The idea of rope to hang it is good too as u can ask kids to write as they writing on a board.
It is made of metal, which is heavy, but not that heavy that it become hard to manage. Although, I see that kids can bend it as they play with it.

Our grand kids have a Whale bathroom and we're always looking for crafts and decorations to bring it out. we got this to decorate with vinyl and were quite impressed at how well the vinyl adhered to it. It's not overly big or overly small and will make a perfect addition to the existing decor. The size of sign and to have the hanger (twine) already attached made the project simple and install even easier.

This was the last Artskills product that I reviewed. I can see how this would be something for people to use with kids as an arts and crafts product that wouldn’t break the bank. For an adult, I would definitely recommend passing on this product and going for something that is higher quality. Unfortunately, a common issue I’ve seen with this product line is how the metal bows. I also think the manufacturer could have punched holes in the same spots on the opposite side. This would allow someone to hang it in “landscape” or “portrait” orientation.

Very easy product to use anybody could use it it’s also able to hold magnets on it which I really love. So I can put my notes on there and not have to have anything on the side of the refrigerator but I can have it hanging up on the by the door where I needed to be. You can paint it , Use marker on it you can be very creative with this it’s a really nice little piece.

Great wall plaque i like that this 12x9 wall plaque is made of metal and has a jute hanging rope. We love any things with rope goes perfect with all our modern rustic farmhouse styles. Im using this in our classroom as a study reminder. Dry erase maker comes off well with a wet wipe. I like that its small and doesn't take much room. Also another thing i like it that i can put magnets on it.
