How many times can you press the dimmable switch for different brightnesses?
The brightness can go from 10% to 100%
One of the plugs fell deep into the base pole and I’m not able to retrieve it. There are screws to disassemble the pole from the bottom but those screws are not budging and feel stripped. Help! Please?

How the the light work, how do you replace light bulb
The light operates using an integrated LED system, which provides energy-efficient illumination. Unfortunately, when the LED burns out, the entire fixture will need to be replaced, as the bulb is not designed to be user-replaceable.
My lamp does not dim by pressing and holding the foot switch. Any ideas why or how to fix it? I no longer have box to return or exchange.

Greetings, After the Lifespan of 50,000 hours on Internet Item # 326167281. For example, if on all day and everyday, we're talking about 24hrs x 365= 8760 hrs/yr=> 50,000/8760= abt 5.70yrs usage. After that, would I be able to replace the Bulb(s)?
Please not there are no bulbs, it would have to be replaced.
