Oshawa Beige 9 ft. x 12 ft. Indoor Area Rug

Very good value for the money. The wife is very pleased with this rug and plans to steal it from the living room and put it in the bedroom. It's not overly thick---I guess you'd call it a medium thickness.. It's not as soft as our other rugs, but it still feels nice on your toes. It's not a luxury rug, but it doesn't carry a luxury price. The colors are rather soft and muted. It definitely enhances a room, but does not make a statement. The photo doesn't show well that the two short edges have a fringe. I do not like fringes, however, these are short and tight. The side edges are neat and tightly stitched. When unrolling the rug there was no shedding and no smell. It vacuumed well. It has the typical coarse backing, so putting a pad under it would be a good idea. The edges are rolled up, but they have been relaxing over the past few days and should lay flat soon.

It is a high quality machine made synthetic rug. No more or less. To stress out – HIGH QUALITY! But made of 50% Polyester and 50% Polypropylene. So, who likes natural please skip the rest of review. Who likes long (I would say infinite) lasting things not afraid of moth then keep reading please. Color and ornament both faint and what it makes it somewhat “real”. It is hard to describe a color family; label say grey, but to me it has both grayish, bluish, and greenish tints. Soft, but not too much. Pleasant to touch. When you will unpack it (if yours will be delivered in a roll as mine), sides will be bent. For me it took a couple of days before rug became flat. Normal. Perfect fit by size and design/color to the area I was getting it for. Highly highly recommend!

It seems to be well made, the pile is adequate and it feels good to walk on. I have it under a table and chair set where, in my opinion, it complements the room. I do, however, have a complaint...the pattern is almost blurry. It lacks distinction and color variety. It's not a deal-breaker being that it does look nice where I've placed it, but I can't give it a 5-star rating either. My advice; don't rely on the picture in the website listing. Visit your local Home Depot and look it over in person before buying it.

WOW ! This review is for the Sage green 5' x 7' medium pile indoor area rug from Artistic Weavers' Oshawa Collection. This is a beautiful, high quality area rug. It is made from a 50% polyester/50% polypropylene material that feels quite sturdy and should last for years. The rug is machine woven in Turkey. The colors are subtle shades of sage green. The rug features a very stylish fraying along two of the edges, gives it a nice high end look. We are very pleased with this rug and highly recommend it to others.

Amazingly beautiful rug. Carrying it in from the porch it felt heavier than expected. It took a few minutes to remove the packaging which really protected it. I see no wear from shipping. We rolled it out and the colors are perfect for us. Exactly what we wanted. The gray sage color is muted while the design is still obvious. It's like a watercolor more than paints. The fringe is only on the two ends and is short, really just enough. It is even and straight. We prefer the shorter fringe for vacuuming. the long edges have a heavy hidden stitching. The weight may be an indication of quality. It feels well make and very comfortable when walking on it. As the ends lose the shipping curl and it lays flat and a few more times vacuuming it this rug will look even richer. Thought it was for the living room. Now it may be in the dining room. My daughter just came over said she wants it for her studio. This looks great anywhere. Great purchase

My wife ordered this area rug from the Depot to replace one near our rear entry door. This is our first one from Artistic Weavers and we are pretty happy with it. First thing is we needed a rug that is easy to clean in case there’s a mess. This entry is the most used at our house with us and the pets. Within a day of putting it in place, it had rained and the dog came in with some mud. Clean up was very simple and I can’t tell we’re the paw print was. I just used a shop vacuum to get the big stuff then a little soapy water mix in a spray bottle on the spot and blotted it until it was gone. When it was delivered, it was rolled up pretty tight and packaged well. It took a few days for it to relax and lay flat. The color of this rug does have a small amount of beige but it mostly gray. The pattern is nice and very subtle and has a carved look giving the pattern some dimension. My picture shows it on our wood floor, but I have it placed on tiled floor. I did use a non-skid mat. The type that has the non-skid feature and also has a little cushion to it. It works great with the rug by holding it in place and hopefully extending the life of the pile. This is a lower pile indoor only rug. The pile is dense and is about 1/4” in depth. It measures 89-1/2” by 59-1/2”. The long sides are serged yarn and the ends have a short fringe finish. The is is a quality piece that looks and functions great. Time will tell if it holds up to our traffic. I did read that for this type of rug, the manufacturer recommends NOT using the beater bar type vacuum to clean. Simply use a broom to sweep it occasionally or use the vacuum on its highest setting without the beater bar activated. This rug is made in Turkey using machine woven 50/50-polyester/polypropylene. We are very happy with this choice.

Oshawa Beige 5 ft. x 7 ft. Indoor Area Rug by Artistic Weavers fits perfectly in my entry way. You clean this rug with a typical vacuum sweeper on the highest stetting or with a broom. Clean immediately if something is spilled on the rug. If the stain can’t be removed with soap and water using a blotting method it may need to be professionally cleaned. The backing isn’t non-slip but it seems to grip my hardwood floors really well. The pattern is busy enough that I don’t think stains or dirt will show up very much. Super soft on your feet.

I’m very happy with this rug by Surya. I’m using it in my entryway and it is beautiful. The 5x7 is the perfect size for my needs. The design is soft with muted blends of beige, gray and golds. The fabric is a 50/50 mix of polypropylene and polyester which makes for a soft feel. The ends of the rug have a natural fringe which is shorter than I had thought it would be be makes vacuuming easier. I’m happy with the quality of this rug!

Excellent!!!! Better colors and quality than shown in picture. We love it!!! We also ordered the runner rug as it was sooo perfect.
