Purchased 10mm Glass - A Disaster

Purchased six months ago. An installation disaster. First problem - the upper wheel on the sliding door hit the support on the fix door. 20 hours later of trouble shooting, including two re-installs, problem was the upper rail is not stiff or strong enough for the 10mm glass door. As the door slides, the rail flexes down and the wheel hits the support - KLUNK. This was eventually fixed with an additional spacer I made.
Bigger Problem I can't fix -SCREAMING WHEEL - wakes everyone everyday - Eventually I will need to replace the door since the sounds is so sever
Not a bad product for the price

Looks great installed but there are a few engineering flaws. The clearance between the the rollers and the fasteners of the fixed panel is incorrect and the chrome plated hardware had to be milled down to prevent the rollers from striking the fixed panel fasteners. The handle hardware has plastic washers between the chrome fasteners and the glass that are very difficult keep in line when tightening the hardware.
Nice door works very well. The glass and hardware are very nice with the exception of the handle....

Nice door works very well. The glass and hardware are very nice with the exception of the handle. It was a bit lacking and compared to everything else but looks OK. Installation was easy with good instructions. Be very accurate when drilling (in tile) for floor fittings. There is no room for error.

I love this door! It is heavy and so attractive. I wish I could buy one for my upstairs walk in shower but the holes are already drilled into the tile for the existing one. I put the new shower in for my 90 year old mom and it works so well to not have a track at the bottom. She won't be hurting herself stepping on the track getting in and out of the shower.
