SonoFlat panels are equally at home in a recording studio or a home theater, offering a unique, sophisticated look and a cost-effective option for realizing accurate sound. Now available in two size options: 1 ft. x 1 ft. x 2 in. or 2 ft. x 2 ft. x 2 in. panels and are made of our industry-leading Studiofoam. The edges are beveled, contributing to an elegant look not normally associated with acoustical foam. The panels can be installed easily and arranged in a multitude of attractive patterns. SonoFlats cover 64 sq. ft. NRC 0.95.

      A:  Not paintable, if you paint it will ruin the sound absorbing. Yes they can put on the ceiling with the correct adhesive. Over all a really good product.

        A:  Hello Ken, The community answer is correct. Painting the panel will hinder its ability to absorb sound, but it can be easily hung from the ceiling using an adhesive like Tubetak Pro or similar.

          A:  Absolutely, Dropping these a 2x2 grid style ceiling would do the job, if you did the walls also it would be really close to recording studio.
