Hello, Is there such thing a right or left circular saw blades? I have a right-hand circular saw (when I hold the saw, blade is mounted on the right side). Thank you.
Asked by: Handyman
There are no specific left or right circular saw blades, but you MUST observe correct blade rotation for your particular saw. Do not rely on which side of the blade has the manufacturer's logo ... look for the direction-of-rotation arrow. Typically: If your saw has its blade on the right, it turns counter-clockwise. If the blade is on the left, it turns clockwise. Then, mount the blade accordingly.

Can this blade be used on miter saw?

Asked by: Delta
I've used this blade on my miter saw before, you'll just have to raise your work up a little bit to compensate for the smaller blade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad at all I bought several of these to demo plywood, 1x and 2x lumber, all with nails and wide crown crate staples, and figured they would break and I'd toss them quickly. I was surprised to find that the first one lasted through quite a few feet of maple, double layers of 3/4" ply, staples and nails without even throwing a single tooth. I was impressed, since a more expensive blade had been trashed already after the same amount of cutting. Even more impressive is that I left that same first blade on my circular saw and just finished a small fencing job with that same blade, and it's still good after ripping and cross cutting pressure treated 2x4's and cedar pickets. It's not as sharp obviously but I'm still quite pleased. I've had other different brands last longer and cut easier but obviously in a different price range. I'll definitely buy more of these just for rough demolition, and also for general use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast smooth cuts, low price Great blade, carbide blade at a stamped steel price. Very fast and smooth cuts in 2x6, no splintering. I'm very seldom impressed with low cost options but this one does. Surprisingly good. Have only used for 1 day, we'll have to see about longevity. At this price ($5) replacing is no problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Preforms well Reasonably priced and provides excellent results. Applications such as ripping are best served with this blade. Cross cuts in framing lumber are adequate

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, inexpensive product Good, inexpensive product. It was shipped to me quickly. Since I am disabled, it wasn't possible for me to shop by the store without inconvenience. Since I knew what I wanted/needed, it was great to have it shipped to me at the same cost as going to the store. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good deal for the price Purchased these blades to act as a temporary dado blade for putting a shiplap on fence wood. Held tooth well and gave plenty of cutting for the money spent.
