    Hello, the B-Air 150-Pint Commercial Dehumidifier Water Damage Restoration Mold Remediation is not an LGR machine, it is traditional commercial dehumidifier design.     This is the best dehumidifier for the price. You can vent the water outside or into a laundry tub. It maintains the correct humidity level. Pretty quiet too. We have purchased two of them. One for a wood shop approximately 40’x80’ and the other for a warehouse about the same size.

    Didn't realize until after I purchased this dehumidifier that 150 pints is only if 90°/ 90% humidity. Under "aham" conditions, 80°/60% it only removes 70 pints. Not good enough for a dehumidifier of this size and price.

    Robust, quiet and efficient. Heavy but handles easily with the wheels. Dropped the humidity in our church basement 10 percentage points in less than 30 minutes. Can't give the appliance 5 stars as we don't have enough experience with it. We did purchase a 3 year maintenance warranty and hope we don't use it. Good product. Once more - VERY quiet and we like the automatic purge feature. Have the drain hose in the church basement sump.
