I ordered this pump to replace the pump in a table fountain I bought for my daughters’ bedside tables. We love the fountain, but the pumps stopped performing after just a few months, even though I cleaned it frequently, and I didn’t want to toss the entire fountain.
This pump is wayyyyy better quality, solidly built and I can take it apart to clean it if needed. It pumps well, creates a nice water trickling sound, without having to listen to the pump motor. Fortunately it fits perfectly in my existing table top fountains (included a pic so you could see the size of the fountain), and connects to the existing 1/4 inch tubing in the fountain, the pump itself doesn’t come with tubing.
The only downside, is the cord is thick side. Nonetheless, I didn’t have a problem fitting it in the base, and it’s easily hidden behind the fountain when placed on the table.

Easy to install. It comes with a little adjuster so it can fit different sizes of tubes. Just slipped it on and plugged it in and the fountain started bubbling away. Holds up to subfreezing temperatures on my deck. Very good product.

Only worked 13 days
I bought it on May 15, 2019 and it worked until May 29! When I checked the pump it was hot and did not work. I can’t returned it because I threw the package to trash. So sad

The box had been opened previously and taped back shut. There was no rating table showing the flow rate versus height so in my application with a 6.5 foot lift the flow is much lower than expected. More of a .75 gallon per minute rather than 4.2 gallon per minute flow rate (250 gallon per hour) claimed.
The pump is very quiet and with limited use so far it has been dependable. I like the extra long power cord that reaches all the way to the outlet with no extension chord needed.
I would recommend it to someone with a project not needing much of a lift.

This sweet small fountain pump is just perfect for my bird bath, which I wanted to add some gentle movement to the water. I covered it up a wee bit with some large seashells for two reasons: 1) to hold the pump in place, and 2) to help camouflage the electrical cord. You'll see I also added some Boston ferns around the bird bath which all 3 I bought at Home Depot also! LOVE it! So easy and I didn't need/buy any plastic tubing to increase the height of the water: I used the pump as is out of the package. It's only been installed for a week, so I may change my mind and add a small tube. If I do that, I have to be careful because I don't want to make too big of a splash so the water doesn't need replenishing as often. (The bird bath was not purchased at Home Depot.) In this picture, the seashells are moved over so you can actually see the electrical cord that's normally hidden; this may be helpful in seeing the size of the electrical cord.)
