Answer This Question
A: yes but finer particulates that can as our is clog pump are escaping …. I recommend getting a sock dryer net to cover your pump to keep from clogging

A:Â Not familiar with duckweed, so not sure, but funny enough, have tadpoles from tree frogs in my pond and they are small enough to slip through the weave. The holes are oval, maybe a little longer than 1/4" in one direction and a little shorter than 1/4" in the other.

A:Â Definitely not. We have tadpoles and the mesh is 4x's bigger. Sorry
by|May 21, 2019
A:Â No on tadpoles per say, if you scoop into a congregation you might come up with some.
Get an aquarium net- much finer.
Duckweed - most probably would.

A:Â I would say yes unless they were microscopic.

Actually, I have not used it yet...I bought it for my pet rat..he was a babu when I found him in my back yard,
eyes closed and I picked him up and put him in my hamster cage..That was in Sept of 2016..he now weighs 8 ounces and is very tame.
BUT, if he gets out of his room, into my main house, I got the net to catch him...not for fish..lol

Used to skim pond for leaves and branches. Works well, double sided, so scoop, dump, flip, and use again. Efficient. Probably works really well to catch fish as well, as the netting is flat not wiry so less harm injuring the fish.
