    Three coats is not covering
    I’m on the third coat of a tiny half bathroom and I can still see the gray that I had underneath the yellow that I’m applying. The person at Home Depot said I might need two coats. I thought I would probably do two coats anyway so decided to go with this one that was less expensive. It is ridiculous that I have a plied three coats and I can still see shadows beneath the color.

    Hi Risa. Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry the previous gray color is still coming through the paint. Typically, our Ultra Scuff Defense Paint will cover in about 1-2 coats. However, additional coats may be needed depending on the color, application, and surface. I recommend allowing the paint to dry for at least 24 hours as this may help it even out on it's own. If you can still see the previous gray color after this, I recommend recoating across the surface with a 3/8-1/2" nap roller if the walls are smooth or a 3/4" nap roller for textured walls.
