An advanced exterior stain, combining the best features of oil and latex for superior color retention, adhesion, penetration and durability. It provides a film that is highly resistant to cracking, peeling, blistering, weathering, chalking and erosion. It cleans up easily with soap and water and can be applied over water-based or oil-based paint or primer.

This is a good product and cleans up easily with soap and water, but it is not 5 gallons. This product is misrepresented because the bucket only contains 4.53 gallons.

So there is room left in the container to ensure there is enough space for the appropriate colorants to be added for the color selected. Otherwise, there could be issues with the bucket overflowing. Fantastic stain. Used it on my house's T1-11 siding and...
Fantastic stain. Used it on my house's T1-11 siding and it looks so good. My house was brown before putting this Mountain Spruce stain on. Covered the brown perfectly. I did need to do 2 coats on most the house but it was so worth it! Used 3/4 knap rollers and brushes but I believe it would work well with a spray gun too

Behr is the best
This is the first time i have bought paint or stain online and it matches the stain that i bought at the store. This Behr stain covered my pressure treated rough sawn fence in one coat.
