Decent Staining Pad Refill for Behr Applicators
This is a refill applicator for the Behr 9 inch applicator handle. The pad easily slides off and a new one locks in place. These applicators can be used for a variety of uses, including for stains (especially for large surfaces such as decks and other outdoor applications), and for other coating applications such as applying polish to floors (I like to use them for applying floor polish to vinyl floors).

A must accessory to the BEHR 9 inch applicator
Having a back up pad is a must. Whether it is to replace a worn out pad or to have when you are painting two different colors. There's not a lot to say about an extra pad but it sure can make doing two colors much easier then trying to clean one and reuse it with the other color. All you have to do is slide off and slide on the second pad one and go to your second color.

Best Paint Pad refill
The BEHR 9 inch Interior Paint Pad Applicator Refill is a perfect refill for the paint pad unit. It holds quite a bit of paint without dripping and spreads it on smoother than most brushes. The pad is very sturdy and should last a long time. The shape of the pad is great for cutting straight lines as well as working around odd shapes and getting into corners.

Refill
I have the BEHR interior paint pad tool so I picked up a BEHR 9 in. Interior Paint Pad Applicator Refill for a spare in case I wear out the original one. The pad is foam attached to hard plastic backing and then has a bristle-type covering to hold the paint. I don't think a thin paint or stain would work well using this pad, it would be too thin to stay on the pad.

Adequate paint pad
I actually got this Behr paint pad to apply some stain to my fence. The pad itself is very thin and doesn’t hold a lot, which is kind of annoying, and the sponge is a plastic material which is not absorbent, so it’s least for me, it dripped more than I liked. I don’t think I’d like to use it for paint, especially for a ceiling because of that and because for me it did not apply very evenly. On the plus side, the pad held up well and washed out well, so I can use it again.

Behr 9 inch Interior Paint Pad Applicator Refill
I’m a big fan of Behr paint but was unaware that they also have a selection of painting tools. My husband had ordered the interior paint pad applicator for me to use as we’ve been doing a lot of interior house painting & knows that I like tools to make the job easier and less messy. This is the refill pad for the interior paint pad applicator. It holds the paint well and doesn’t splatter like with a roller pad. These work well for smooth surfaces and they resist shedding as they are reusable. These pads hold the paint well and make getting up close to the ceiling much easier than a roller especially when your ceilings and walls are different colors. Great price point, will definitely use these again!

Fibers fell apart after only 2 uses. Worked great while painting, but should last longer than 2 times. As I was washing w/soapy water, the brush fibers just started coming off in my hands.
