A: Hi Jade, thanks for the question. To avoid getting paint on the ceiling, I'd recommend using our Edge Painter first to apply the paint to the top of the wall next to the ceiling. Then you can apply the paint to the rest of the wall with either the Paint Pad Applicator or a roller. Good luck with your paint project! -Ronald

A: Hi Deb, thanks for the question. We have yet to test our Interior Paint Pad with the Varathane Polyurethane, but it can be used with water-based or oil-based stains and polyurethanes. I'd recommend that you check with the manufacturer to see if the pad applicator can be used. Have a great day! -Ronald
A: I recently purchased one of these to paint a long shelf and it shed hundreds of fibers all over the paint. I'd stick with lambs wool to avoid even the possibility of that kind of mess on your floors.
