Use BEHR PREMIUM Floor Coatings Acrylic Latex Porch and Floor Paint for painting basements, porches, floors, decks and patios and for a variety of other indoor and outdoor projects to enhance slip resistance. This texturized Low-Lustre acrylic latex paint is resistant to UV damage, scuffing, fading, cracking and peeling, and it offers improved hiding properties to provide efficient coverage. Cleans easily with warm, soapy water.
- Texturized, slip resistant formula
- Use BEHR PREMIUM textured Low-Lustre enamel porch and patio anti-slip floor paint on properly prepared or previously painted interior/exterior surfaces, ideal for wood or concrete porches, floors, decks, basement floors, patios, siding, trim, furniture and trellises
- 1 gal. covers up to 125 sq. ft. depending on color selected and surface porosity, spread rate varies, depending on the surface texture, porosity and application method, additional coats may be required to ensure proper coverage, optimal hide and durability
- We recommend to apply this product when the air temperature is 50°F - 90°F, this is the ideal weather condition to ensure proper adhesion
- Recoat in 2 hours - 4 hours
- Use a high quality 3/8 in. nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush or a texture sprayer capable of 1.0 GPM with a 3 mm tip, for smooth surfaces, use a 1/4 in. nap roller, do not use with airless sprayer, do not use on areas subject to automotive tires or hydrostatic pressure
- For interior wood, use a product such as BEHR PREMIUM number 75 all-in-one primer and sealer, for exterior wood, use a product such as BEHR PREMIUM number 436 multi-surface primer and sealer, for interior/exterior concrete or masonry, over uncoated surfaces, use a product such as BEHR PREMIUM number 880 concrete and masonry bonding primer

Anti-Slip is Not All That
Product is labeled Porch and Patio Anti-Slip Floor Paint for outside. It went on well, but the first day after rain I found the surface slippery. This is NOT what I expected after I invested my money in this pricey name brand product.

While we don't have any products that are slip-proof, this product is designed to provide a slip-resistant finish. Please note that once a surface is coated, it can become slippery when wet as water does not have the ability to penetrate, and the pooling of water is what causes the slipperiness. IT LOOKS LIKE WE RE DID THE STEPS BY USING THE COLOR "WET CEMENT".

Behr P&P antil slip floor paint- BEWARE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previously used Sherwin Williams deck paint and were very happy with the outcome but we wanted something less slippery for our aging dogs. We bought this product last year and applied as directed to a pressure cleaned clean, dry concrete deck that had been painted previously. The application went on well but dried very blotchy and dull. A few weeks later it started to peel in a few places. The problem is...we wanted to re-paint it this year using Sherwin Williams but it turns out that once you have used this Behr product, you have to always use it again because there are certain chemicals mixed in it that will not let any other product adhere to the surface even after a good pressure washing. This really sinks but, it is what it is. Home Depot is out of the Behr P&P for a few days but I guess we will be stuck using it again this year. I used to get 2 years out of the Sherwin Williams and I barely got a few month's use before the Behr started looking dirty and dingy. I think it has to do with the sandy finish. Oh well.

No slip paint!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this anti slip porch paint for my porch deck and it was the perfect kind of paint! My porch is now white after a couple of coats and you can feel the paint doing its job by preventing slips when walking on the porch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goes on pretty much like any wall paint. Used on front porch and will also go in garage with Flakes. Nice having the anti slip already added so do not have to add in.
