The BEHR Premium Semi-Transparent Concrete Stain is an interior/exterior stain for vertical/horizontal surfaces that will protect and add color while allowing the natural concrete and texture to show. This 100% Siliconized Acrylic formula was created with high-performance, acrylic resins, that form a strong long-lasting, semi-transparent film on properly prepared surfaces. Ideal for use on uncoated and unsealed patios, pavers, driveways, walkways, garage floors, pool decks and other concrete floors.

I have stamped concrete roughly 13 years old, the original sealing is gone, as I have done water ...

I have stamped concrete roughly 13 years old, the original sealing is gone, as I have done water test and it just absorbs and not beads up. My question is 1) Behr #STC-33 will work for earlier stamped concrete 2) After stain, do I have to wash or just do the sealer once stain are dried?

Behr you are suggesting to apply in the following sequence? 1) Concrete Bonding Primer Model # 88001 2) #STC-33 English Brick Semi-Transparent Flat Interior/Exterior Concrete Stain 3) Sealer (Optional) BTW, I just completed inside house painting with BEHR colors and it looks great.

I want to stain brick that has white areas from mineral deposits. Will this product work forthis kind of project?

You need to clean it first , otherwise the white shows up. It is referred to as Efflorescence.

Hi Nancy - Thank you for your question. The lifespan of this product will depend on what the stain is exposed to. Our Semi-Transparent stain is also covered by a Limited Warranty for one year from the purchase date. Best - Sara
